Cascade3
A frequent problem with water injection in poorly consolidated clastic reservoirs is the backflow of fines and formation material associated with crossflow during shut-in, filling the wellbore and drastically restricting injectivity.
The Cascade3 valve eliminates crossflow during shut-in, reducing screen erosion, and preventing backflow of reservoir fluids, as well as the accompanied movement of fines and formation material into the wellbore. Cascade3 reduces water hammer effects, improves injectivity and reservoir sweep and extends water injection life.
